A city built to run on renewable energy alone.
We are making great progress with our Eco-City concept, based in a Social Economic Zone: a hybrid development between a Free Trade Zone and a Special Economic Zone. We are in the final stages of choosing the jurisdiction that will host the city.

The best of two proven models
Free Trade Zones attract capital with customs and tax advantages. Special Economic Zones add their own regulatory framework. A Social Economic Zone combines both while writing social and environmental outcomes into the zone's charter from day one.
- Investment-ready. Zone status gives investors clarity on tax, customs and regulation.
- Environment in the charter. Renewable energy, carbon accounting and habitat protection are conditions, not add-ons.
- Knowledge anchor. A top university seeds research, talent and the city's long-term economy.
- Community-led. Designed with the local population that will live and work there.
